We'll have another windy day Thursday with southeast winds gusting up to 35 mph in the afternoon with a mixture of clouds and sun. The warm, humid weather continues through Friday before a cold front moves in late Friday afternoon, shifting winds to the north by Friday evening. It looks mainly dry with the frontal passage, with the exception of a few showers which could develop, with the best chance north of Corpus Christi. Friday evening high school football weather looks good with temperatures falling through the 60s, a northerly breeze up to 15 mph and only a slight rain chance. After a mild weekend with mostly sunny skies, temperatures heat up again for next Monday and Tuesday, reaching 80 degrees. The next cold front arrives Tuesday night with a slight chance of rain.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, warm and windy with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s and southeast winds at 15-25 mph, gusting up to 35 mph.
Friday: Partly sunny and warm with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s with a slight chance of showers late in the day. Southeast winds up to 20 mph will shift to the north by early evening.
Friday Night: Clearing and cooler with lows in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and mild with highs near 70 and north winds at 10-15 mph, becoming light by evening.
