Southerly winds will continue to warm our days to near 80 through Friday and increase moisture causing nights to be milder. An upper level wave will move in from the west Friday making the air more unstable and will produce clouds and a few showers Friday. Little to no rainfall is expected with rainfall totals under a tenth of an inch.
A weak cold front will move through Saturday morning, clearing our skies but it won't drop temperatures much and we'll reach into the mid 70s to start the weekend.
Another upper level low will move across the southern Plains Sunday sending cooler air into south Texas along with a chance of isolated showers. Highs will only reach the lower 60s Sunday and we'll drop into the low to mid 40s Sunday night.
Next week will start on the chilly side with daytime highs only near 60 Monday but it will be dry.
