The heat and humidity return Wednesday and Thursday as winds shift to the southeast and increase through Friday morning. Temperatures will reach into the 90s with peak heat indices up to 104 by Thursday afternoon. A stronger cold front is expected to move through during the day Friday with scattered showers and t-storms possible from late morning through early evening as winds shift to the north with gusts up to 28 mph. The front pushes through Friday night and lows will drop into the upper 50s to lower 60s by Saturday morning with lingering clouds which will clear through the day Saturday. Highs will stay in the 70s Saturday but will climb back into the lower 80s Sunday as winds shift to the southeast. Hot weather returns early next week with a chance of showers Monday.
Tuesday Night: Mostly clear with lows in the upper 60s to mid 70s and light easterly winds.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 90s inland and mid to upper 80s at the beaches. Southeast winds will increase up to 18 mph in the afternoon.

Friday: Partly cloudy with a chance of showers and t-storms with highs in the lower 90s inland to mid 80s beaches. Southeast winds will shift to the northeast in the afternoon and will be gusty, ushering in cooler air through the evening as showers end.
