CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — While Coastal Bend residents enjoy fair skies and seasonable temperatures this weekend, they should be aware of tropical developments in the Gulf of Mexico.
TD 14, soon to be TS Marco, is expected to move into the Upper Texas Coast by Tuesday. Showers and storms will be numerous Monday and Tuesday.
The amount and timing of rainfall next week is directly linked to where Marco goes and how intense it becomes, and neither of these elements are certain.
The official National Hurricane Center track leaves the Coastal Bend on the dry southwest side of the storm, so less than an inch of rain is expected.
Highs will remain in the 90s, with lows in the 70s.
