It was a sunny and hot end to our weekend Sunday as we saw much less shower activity compared to Saturday.
Our forecast tonight calls for partly cloudy skies and mild weather conditions with an overnight low of 78.
It will be hot and humid again tomorrow with a stray shower possible and daytime highs of 95. It will also be a bit breezy with winds blowing from the southeast at 10-15 mph.
We will be stuck in this summer-like pattern for much of the week ahead with daytime highs continuing in the low to mid 90s and overnight lows in the upper 70s.
Look for a few isolated showers each afternoon with heat index values raning from 105 to 109 degrees.
And, there will be increasing moisture as we get closer to next weekend that will bring us a better chance of more widespread rain.
