A cold front is heading our way and will move through early Tuesday morning, giving us mild days and cool nights for the rest of the week.

Isolated showers are possible Tuesday and early Wednesday, but rainfall is expected to be spotty and light while heavier rain and wintry weather remains in northern Texas.

Tropical storm Zeta is forecast to enter the Gulf and head into Louisiana later Wednesday. Dry air will move in to the Coastal Bend by late Wednesday, giving us abundant sunshine for the last half of the week.

Today will be partly cloudy, breezy and warm with a stray coastal shower possible and a high of 87. Southeast winds will increase to 15-22 mph this afternoon.

Overnight looks partly cloudy with winds shifting to the northeast by early Tuesday, dropping temperatures into the upper 50s to mid 60s with a low of 62 in Corpus Christi.

Spot showers are possible Tuesday with partly sunny skies and a high of 69 with north winds at 12-22 mph.

It will be cooler Tuesday night with a low of 55 and a spot shower chance.
