Cold front brings big changes

A cold front moved through and cooler air will continue to settle in through Friday, with temperatures staying in the low to mid 50s. It will be windy Thursday night with north winds at 15-25 mph with scattered showers Thursday night through Friday morning which will taper off through the day but clouds will persist. Highs will only reach the low to mid 50s Friday. Isolated showers are still possible for Friday evening but most areas will stay dry but chilly. We'll warm up slowly this weekend, reaching into the 70s by Sunday. A stronger cold front will move through Monday with showers Monday into Tuesday as cold air moves in. Temperatures will stay in the 40s most of the day Tuesday with lows dropping into the 30s Tuesday night.

Thursday night: Cloudy with scattered showers and lows near 50 by morning and northerly winds at 18-25 mph.

Friday: Cloudy with scattered showers, tapering off through the day with highs in the low to mid 50s and north winds diminishing to 10-15 mph by evening.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 60s and northeast winds at 5-10 mph.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 70s and southeast winds at 6-12 mph.
