CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Our weather looks quiet over the next few days except for isolated showers or t-storms which are possible each day as the sea breeze increases.
Temperatures will stay above average with a hot day Thursday with highs nearing 100 well inland and upper 90s in Corpus Christi.
As winds shift to the southeast and increase from Friday into the weekend, our temperatures will come down slightly but will still be above normal.
It looks breezy Friday and Saturday as winds reach up to 25 mph.
Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy with patchy fog and lows in the upper 70s to lower 80s and south to southeast winds at 8-15 mph.
Thursday: Partly cloudy, hot and humid with highs in the upper 90s to near 100 inland and upper 80s at the beaches. South to southeast winds will increase to 12-20 mph with heat indices reaching up to 110. There is an isolated shower or t-storm chance in the afternoon and early evening.
Friday: Partly cloudy, hot and breezy with highs in the low to mid 90s inland and upper 80s at the beaches and southeast winds at 12-22 mph. There is an isolated shower chance. Heat indices will reach up to 106.
