CORPUS CHRISTI — It was another hot and humid day here in the Coastal Bend.
Temperatures were in the lower 90's this afternoon, and it looks like they will climbing up a bit for the holiday weekend.
The forecast for tonight calls for partly-cloudy skies with some patchy fog.
Look for an overnight low around 75 degrees.
We will see a mixture of sunshine and clouds for the Fourth of July -- expect a daytime high around 95 degrees.
The winds will be light, out of the south at 10-to-15 miles per hour. We should get up to about 97 degrees on Sunday.
Heat index values will range from 105 to 110 degrees. There is little chance of rain this weekend.
We will see increasing moisture next week, which will give us a chance for isolated showers Tuesday and Wednesday.
Daytime high temperatures will be in the lower 90's. The overnight low temperatures will from the upper 70's to lower 80's.
