The sunny skies made for a beautiful Monday, but changes start to arrive by the middle of the week.
A few high, thin, wispy clouds will fill the sky on Tuesday, but otherwise the sun will be shining abundantly. Temperatures will be a tad warmer than on Monday, with highs in the upper 60s.
Clouds will start to move in on Wednesday, and we’ll spend the day with mostly gray skies. The thermometer will take another hike again, with highs in the mid-70s.
A slight chance of rain exists on Thursday morning ahead of a cold front. The window is short, and any rain that develops will be brief. Once the cold front moves through, low humidity will move in and the winds will pick up dramatically. Winds will be blowing at 30-35 mph, and in some cases wind gusts will top 45 mph. You’ll definitely want to secure any loose items, especially Christmas decorations that may blow away.
