Here's how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive's mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Hollie Whigham.
Whigham is wanted for tampering/ fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
She was born on December 14, 1990, she's 5'06", 150 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
