Here's how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive's mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Billy Joe Perryman Guzman.
Guzman is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for assault family violence.
He was born on January 22, 1995, he's 5'09", 145 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
