One more Wheel of Shame fugitive is off the streets.
The Nueces County Sheriff’s Office confirms Annette Balboa was recently arrested.
The Wheel never landed on Balboa.
She was wanted for theft of property.
Since the Wheel of Shame began, 343 fugitives have been arrested.
