Here’s how the Wheel Of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Wendy Castillo.
Castillo is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance and a motion to revoke probation for fraud.
She was born on January 27,1981, she’s 5’06”, 180 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
