Here’s how it works: we spin the Wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Julian Riojas.
Riojas is wanted for aggravated robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He was born on January 8,1985, he’s 5’04”, 160 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
