Here’s how the Wheel Of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Michael Perez.
Perez is wanted for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
He was born on January 20,1973, he’s 5’10”, 225 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
