Here’s how it works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Eliseo De La Garza Jr.
De La Garza Jr. is wanted for assault family violence with previous convictions.
He was born on December 21,1969, he’s 5’05”, 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
