Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Samantha Rodriguez.
Rodriguez is wanted for unauthorized use of vehicle.
She was born on March 6,1988, she’s 4’11”, 150 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
