Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Jeffery Atwood.
Atwood is wanted for cruelty to non-livestock animals- torture.
He was born on April 28,1971, he’s 5’11”, 160 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.
