Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Reid Travis Deal.
Deal is wanted for theft of property.
He was born on September 27, 1992, he’s 6’00”, 180 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
