85-year-old Charles T. Green, US Navy Retired, called to tell us he’s received a check from his insurance company to have a new metal roof put on his house.
It will replace the one he bought from Sears in 2006 which came with a double lifetime limited warranty.
Mr. Green says it leaks, so he tried contacting Sears and his insurance company to get it fixed.
Then he called us for help.
And we contacted Sears and his insurance company.
And now, Mr. Green has the funds to have his roof replaced.
Sounds like another Troubleshooters Case Closed!
