Troubleshooters Case Closed: Test Drive

A woman’s dispute with a local automobile dealership has been resolved, at least that is what she told the Troubleshooters.
Latena Koningverdraag tells us Ronnie Lillard, who’s part of the management at the Alfa Romeo-Fiat dealership, offered her $700.00 for the car she traded in, plus the $300.00 down payment she paid on a 2017 Fiat.
Latena told me she took the money!

Remember, she said she didn’t want the Fiat, but the dealership, and finance company insisted they had paperwork for the deal with her signature on it.
So she called the Troubleshooters.
We called the dealership’s management, Nueces County Tax Assesssor-Collector Kevin Kieschnick, and the DMV.

Then Latena filed a forgery charge with CCPD against the dealership.
She told us she’s undecided on whether to drop the charge, but she’s ok with how this has been resolved.
That makes this another Troubleshooters cased closed.
