Officials with the Texas Division of Emergency Management are asking Texas residents affected by the recent winter storm to fill out a survey to help the state gain an understanding of the extent of damage from the winter weather.
The Biden Administrationgranted 77 of Texas 264 counties Individual Assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). TDEM officials are urging those who are in one of the 177 counties not approved for Individual Assistance to fill out the survey so they can provide the damage totals to FEMA and possibly get more counties approved for aid.
