CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Consumers are seeing a little bit more pain at the gas pumps again this week.

Gas prices have shot up by 14 cents a gallon in the past two weeks.

According to Gas Buddy, the average price of a gallon of gas in Corpus Christi is $2.20 per gallon this morning.

Nationwide, prices at the pump climbed 46 cents since November of last year.

And according to the most recent Lundberg survey, prices will likely continue to rise as crude oil costs remain high.

The current price is also 11 cents more than it was at this time last year.
