The Tennessee estate of country music legend Johnny Cash is on the market.

The four acre lakefront property near Nashville, home to Johnny and June Carter Cash for 35 years, is listed for sale with an asking price of $3.9 million.

However, there is a downside. The original mansion where the late couple lived burned down in 2007, but the swimming pool tennis court and a 546-square foot log cabin used by June carter Cash to store her wardrobe remains.

Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees previously owned the property before selling it to a Texas business man in 2014.
