CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A man who was considered a person on interest in connection to the death of a 40-year-old man man found dead in his vehicle, is now arrested.
Corpus Christi police say Mark Hernandez, 24, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon after being located in Robstown.
Police say Hernandez and Stephanie Ysassi, 24, were seen inside a convenience store the day of when officers found a man dead inside his vehicle.
After an investigation, police determined 34-year-old Stephanie Ysassi was the suspect and she was arrested on a warrant two days later in the 2200 block of Leopard Street following a disturbance.
Investigators released images and video of Hernandez and he was located Thursday by the US Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force.
