A Texas Silver Alert has been activated for 83-year-old William Robert Grabowske, who has been missing since Feb. 14.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The San Patricio County Sherriff's Office is searching for an 83-year-old man who hasn't been seen since before the winter storm that struck the Coastal Bend on Feb. 14.
Neighbors last saw William Robert Grabowske, who has been diagnosed with dementia, in an area of the county known as Peaceful Valley at Old San Patricio. According to San Patricio County Sherriff Oscar Rivera, the area is covered in brush so thick a drone was lost in the search.
Those in the area are being interviewed in case he was picked up.
Rivera said Grabowske's car has not been seen in more than a week, and he reportedly does not have a cell phone.
