ROCKPORT, Texas — The Rockport Police Department need your help identifying the person in this surveillance video.
Police say the suspect in the involved in multiple thefts and vehicle burglaries that have occurred in the late evening early morning hours, in and around the area of Memorial Park over the last 3 months.
