ARANSAS PASS, Texas — A fisherman appears to have drowned in Aransas Pass.
Police there found the body of 70-year-old Henry Hershberger near the Dale Miller Bridge.
Witnesses say Hershberger was seen swimming towards his runaway boat and drowned before he made it back to his boat.
The boat was found stuck on a sandbar in the water.
Police say Hershberger was fishing and had no life jacket or kill switch on his boat.
