New reconstructed schools open this school year

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Independent School District has three new schools opening their doors for the 2019-2020 school year.
The reconstructed Windsor Park Elementary is a two story building complete with state of the art technology and space for 750 students.
The new Baker Middle School will include new security features and ceiling panels in the hallways that allow light in while keeping heat out.
Construction on the new gym isn't quite complete so students will continue to use the old campus gym until September.
Cunningham-South Park is a new 170,000 square foot campus. Each classroom will be equipped with a Smart TV and 10 chromebooks.
