CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — After seven years of helping local women thrive in the workplace, an area non-profit is unfortunately closing their doors due to the pandemic.

"Dress for Success Corpus Christi" is a non-profit that has helped give women in need professional clothing and the right tools to help them be successful in the work place.

On Tuesday, members of the non-profit say they are closing on March 8. Executive Director Cathy Riojas tells us it was a difficult decision, but they have been struggling since the start of the pandemic last March.

All in-person services have stopped, and all fundraisers have been canceled. The non-profit will be hosting a final closing sale this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
