PORTLAND, Texas — Many of the highways and bridges remain closed this morning including access to the Harbor Bridge.
Although we're not dealing with the same icy conditions as yesterday, city leaders remain cautious.
Portland has been pretty much stranded since traveling across the bridge has been cut off.
The bridge remains empty and a game of football could be played across it early this morning.
For obvious safety concerns no vehicles are being allowed to cross.
The weather and road conditions in the area are sloppy with slippery sidewalks. Crews are putting out salt and rock to make sure the road will be safer for you when you venture outside your homes later today.
