CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Corpus Christi man is facing steep charges after he was arrested and charged for soliciting a minor.
The Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force reports they have arrested 42-year-old Noe B. Benavidez.
Police started an investigation of Benavidez, who is a Corpus Christi resident, when he allegedly contacted a 16-year-old female and made future plans to meet her.
Benavidez was found at his home, arrested, and taken to the Nueces County Jail.
Kleberg County investigators said they worked with the Kingsville Police Department and Corpus Christi Police Department on this investigation.
