PORTLAND, Texas — The old Kmart location in Portland has been demolished and soon a new shopping center will replace it.
So far, Chick-fil-A and AutoZone have announced new locations there.
Construction on the new Chick-fil-A is expected to start soon while it won't be until later in the year that ground will be broken for the new AutoZone.
No word what will go into the remaining two pad sites.
