Arson suspect arrested in Robstown house fire

ROBSTOWN, Texas — A man suspected of starting a fire that destroyed a house is behind bars Monday. Reynaldo Rios, Jr., 43, is charged with arson with the intent to damage a home.

He's accused of starting a fire at a home at Molina and Concho Streets in Robstown around 9 p.m. on Friday. The house was completely destroyed. A house next door also sustained some damage. There were no reports of injuries.

Police have not released a motive in the case or how the fire was ignited.
