Snow might not have a strong presence here at home, but that doesn't mean you can't have a Winter Wonderland!
And that's what's taking place downtown at the American Bank Center for their second annual Coastal Christmas.
There are different things for families to enjoy like food, taking a picture with Santa and of course -- indoor ice skating.
Folks taking part say this is definitely something to experience.
"It's always good to get the community out and having more people participate in a bunch of different things -- not just ice skating, trying to bring things that are not common to the Corpus area," said Eric Heatherley, who was participating at the event at the American Bank Center. "You know, trying to bring them in; introduce people to different aspects of the world. That would be really cool."
If you missed the event today, that's okay. Coastal Christmas runs through Dec. 30.
The event will be closed on Christmas day.
