The reprimands against Judge Guy Williams were upheld today by an appeals court in Austin.
A panel of three judges upheld two reprimands issued against Williams by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
The decision means that Williams cannot serve as a visiting judge or collect retirement. Williams was four months shy from being able to do that.
