The 4th annual Dine Island Restaurant Week featuring Padre island restaurants begins Wednesday. Despite its name, it’s a two-week event that organizers hope will lure people to the island who don’t normally go there.
“We just want to make sure that all the people who live in Corpus Christi know to drive over the bridge and come out here and check out these restaurants,” Debbie Noble of the Padre Island Business Association said.
