Aransas Pass Police have captured an alleged child molester that escaped custody twice on Friday.  Martin Falcon, 33, was captured at his mother’s house in Aransas Pass today.

Police say on Friday, they responded to a call of two men fighting.  Falcon was arrested after being accused of sexually abusing a child.  Falcon began making suicidal comments while in custody.  Police took him to the Northshore Emergency Room for a mental health evaluation.  While being watched by a contracted security guard at the medical facility, Falcon walked out of the hospital.  Police were able to locate him and take him into custody again.  Officers then transferred him to Doctors Regional Medical Center for a mental health evaluation. Falcon once again walked out of the hospital, this time in a paper hospital gown.  Police began a search for Falcon.

Martin Falcon is charged with indecency with a child through sexual contact.  Aransas Pass Police say he is not facing charges for walking out of the hospitals since he was not in police custody at the time.
