The Corpus Christi Police Department has released an image of an SUV they think may be involved in the shooting on Highway 358 and Kostoryz that left one man dead on Saturday.
This photo of the vehicle was posted to the department’s Facebook page as they asked for help in identifying the owner.
The shooting happened on Saturday, Dec. 29 at around 2:30 a.m. Officers found a white SUV that appeared to have been shot multiple times on SPID near the Kostoryz exit.
A male driver was pronounced dead on scene. A female passenger was also injured in the shooting and was taken to the hospital.
Police have not said what may have led up to the shooting.
