Corpus Christi Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of robbing a local bank.

Police say an armed man walked into the ValueBank on the 3700 block of South Staples at about 10:20 a.m. and was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a black male between 25 and 30 years old with a slim build. He is between 5 feet 3 inches and 5 feet 5 inches tall and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
Police say the man left the bank on foot and was last seen running west.
