Police are investigating a shootout in Taft that left four people dead.
The shooting happened near a home along Wilburn Street.
DPS officials say five people were shot. The fifth victim was taken to the hospital. His condition is not known.
DPS Troopers, as well as Deputies with the San Patricio County Sheriff’s Department, are at the scene.
