The Nueces County District Attorney’s Office is asking for help finding three witnesses for an upcoming murder trial.
The DA’s office says David Velez Rodriguez, Anita Kay Southard and Nathalie Ivette Delfi-Casiano are all witnesses to the murder of Stephanie Montez in Oct. 2017 on County Road 61 in rural Nueces County.
Nueces County DA Chief Investigator Monica Lewis said the three are not defendants and they are not wanted on warrants, only for information on the murder.
