Good news for Chick-Fil-A lovers in northwest Corpus Christi.
The fast food joint is looking to open a restaurant in Calallen. According to the City of Corpus Christi Development Services Department, Chick-Fil-A has applied for a permit to build a 4,849 square-foot facility at 13701 Northwest Blvd., behind the Walmart Supercenter.
Chick-Fil-A submitted their paperwork on Sept. 14. The city has 14 days to review their application.
