- Cooked food stored in cardboard boxes
- All food must be covered at all times
- Clean inside of ice machine
- All refrigerators need thermometers
- No paper towels at handwashing sink
- Employees must use drinking cups with lids
- Store wiping towels properly
- All scoop handles and spoons must be stored upright
