Among its violations included Spoiled cheese and milk stores in a walk-in cooler, holes in the ceiling needed to be repaired, corroded grill shelves in refrigeration units need to be replaced, toxic items need to be kept away from hand-washing sink, all food in the refrigerator needs to be dated, all employees handling food must wear a hair restraint, peeling paint above food prep area needs to be repaired and heavy food residue along window next to food prep area needs to be cleaned.
