There only two A-list restaurants and one B-list restaurant in Tuesday’s edition of the Kitchen Cops.
Starting with the A-list.
Burger King located at 309 IH 37 scored a 99.
Sandi’s Diner located at 704 Ayers scored a 97.
Dropping down to the B-list with an 85 is Thai Spice Restaurant located at 523 North Water.
Violations included excessive residue on shelves in the walk in cooler, a dirty ice maker, employees and managers need valid food cards, an expired health permit, clean residue from fan grill guard and dirty ceiling vents.
