Nueveo Café located at 1124 Ayers scored a 99.
Luby’s Caferteria #3 located at 1510 South Padre Island Drive scored a 99.
Kentucky Fried Chicken/ Long John Silvers located at 11536 Leopard scored a 98.
Subway located at 526 Enterprise scored a 97.
Starbucks Coffee located at 4022 Saratoga scored a 97.
Domino’s Pizza located at 5802 Yorktown scored a 96.
Island Café located at 301 Alister scored a 94.
Cracker Barrel located at 4229 South Padre Island Drive scored a 94.
Bill Miller Bar-B-Que located at 4940 Leopard scored a 93.
The Executive Surf Club located at 316 Chaparral scored a 91.
Senor Jaimes Mexican Restaurant & Cantina located at 4615 Everhart scored a 90.
Dropping down to the B-list with an 83 is Las Milpas Restaurant located at 3833 Saratoga.
Violations included products kept at the wrong temperature, food inside the freezer needed to be sealed, onions on the floor, employees needed to wash their hands, leftover food was not labeled, no thermometer, gnats, employees not wearing hair restraints or beard restraint but they were wearing nail polish, employee drinking cups needed lids, wiping towels were not stored properly and knives, scoops and utensils were not stored properly.
