Violations included chicken kept at the wrong temperature, a dirty microwave, chemical spray bottles near peppers and other food, wiping towels were not stored properly, ceiling tiles need to be replaced and dirty vents.
Heavenly Donuts located at 6122 Kostoryz scored an 88.
The donut shop lost points because bleach near chips and above potatoes, left over food was not labeled, expired health permits, employees were not wearing hair restraints, employees were wearing jewelry and nail polish, wiping towels were not stored properly, sausage was not thawed properly, a dirty ice machine and restroom doors must be self-closing.
