Health inspectors found salad dressing kept at the wrong temperature, shrimp was not thawed properly, raw chicken was stored above shrimp, a dirty ice machine, a dirty can opener and chemical spray bottles were not stored properly.
Other violations included employees not wearing beard guards, wiping towels were not stored properly, food was not covered, containers without handles were used to dispense dry goods,
peeling paint above the serving line, the women’s restroom needed a trashcan with a lid and the restroom needed attention.
